The review, in your firm's own words
Upload the review letter you already send. Torri fills it with each contract's findings and gives it back in your formatting — an editable Word document, not a PDF you have to rebuild.
Every firm has a letter it already sends
A contract review does not end at the findings. It ends at the letter that goes to the client — on your letterhead, in your wording, laid out the way your firm has always laid it out. Most tools hand back a PDF that looks like the tool, and the letter you actually send is rebuilt by hand from it every time. That is the part of the job software was supposed to remove, not add.
Torri fills your own letter instead. You upload the review letter your firm already sends, once, and every review after that comes back inside it — the same headings, the same phrasing, the same letterhead — as an editable Word document you read over and send.
How the template gets filled
- 1
Upload your letter
Drop in the Word document you already use — headings, standard paragraphs, letterhead and all. Torri reads its structure once and remembers where each part of the review belongs.
- 2
Torri fills it from the review
Each contract you review is written into your letter in your own words — the particulars, the special conditions, the disclosures and the matters to action — placed where your template already puts them.
- 3
Get it back as an editable .docx
What comes back is a Word document, not a flattened PDF. Read it over, change anything you want, and send it — the review does the first draft, you keep the last word.
One letter, or one per kind of matter
Keep a single letter for everything, or set up a different template for the matters that need their own wording — a purchase and a sale, a residential and an off-the-plan contract. Torri fills the right one for each review, so the letter always matches the matter without you choosing it every time.
Your formatting stays yours
Nothing about the document is Torri's. The fonts, the margins, the numbered clauses, the sign-off block — they are the ones in the file you uploaded. The AI is used only when the review is prepared; the letter itself is your firm's, filled and returned unchanged in everything but the content of the review.
Where it fits your review
The letter is generated from the same review as the branded PDF, so you can send whichever suits the client — a polished report, your own letter, or both. You review the contract, choose what is included, and Torri writes it up in the format you already stand behind.
Questions, answered
Whose formatting does the letter come back in?
Yours. You upload the Word letter your firm already sends — its headings, its wording, its letterhead — and Torri fills that document with the review. What comes back looks like the letter you send now, because it is.
Can I edit the letter after Torri fills it?
Yes. It is returned as an editable Word (.docx) document, not a flattened PDF. You read it over, adjust anything you want and send it — the review does the first draft, you keep the last word.
Can I use different letters for different matters?
Yes. Keep one letter for everything, or set up a different template for the kinds of matter that need their own wording — a purchase, a sale, an off-the-plan contract — and Torri fills the right one for each review.
