How it works

Three steps.
Done in minutes.

From PDF upload to a presentable report — designed to slot into the way you already review contracts.

  1. 01

    Upload the contract

Drag in any contract PDF — scanned or digital, one file or a whole bundle. Torri reads every page, recognises the annexures, and indexes the document for review.

  2. 02

    Review the findings

Risk-categorised findings surface the clauses that matter — special conditions, encumbrances, vendor disclosures — each one editable, with the AI on hand to redraft or simplify as you go.

  3. 03

    Send the report

Export a branded PDF — plain-English summary up top, lawyer-grade detail below — paired with a drafted client email, ready to review and send.

Coverage

Two states.
One careful read.

Torri knows the standard forms, the prescribed documents and the statutory traps in each state — and reads every contract against them.

What's the cooling-off period, and has it been varied?
Five business days, but the standard period has been waived under Special Condition 28. Cooling-off does not apply.
Are there any easements affecting the property?

Ask Torri

A second pair of eyes — that's actually read the contract.

Type a question in plain English. Torri answers from the contract in front of you — no skim-reading 80 pages to find one clause.

  • Scoped to the contract — never the open web
  • Aware of the findings you're looking at
  • Rewords or restructures any finding on the spot
  • Drafts client emails from the findings you've picked

Frequently asked

Questions, answered plainly.

Is Torri replacing me?

No. Torri does the first read — extraction, risk surfacing, draft summary — so you spend your time on judgement, not transcription. You still sign the report.

Which contracts does Torri handle?

NSW contracts for sale of land and Victorian contracts of sale with the Section 32 vendor statement — including the prescribed documents and annexures legal professionals commonly receive, and combined PDFs where the whole bundle arrives as one file. More states are coming.

Are my documents stored?

No. Contracts are uploaded over an encrypted connection, analysed, and deleted from our storage immediately after. Only the structured review stays on file in your account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel from the billing page and your account stays active until the end of the current period.

What happens if I run out of reviews mid-month?

Top up with a pay-as-you-go pack — 3 reviews for $35 or 5 reviews for $55. Top-ups never expire and apply once your monthly allowance is used.

Do clients see Torri's branding?

No. Reports go out under your firm's logo and contact details. On the Pro and Max plans, the report is fully white-labelled.
